Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Houses are let on a Saturday to Saturday basis except by special arrangements. Houses may be occupied from 4pm on the day of arrival. They must be vacated by 10:30am on the day of departure.
2. A deposit of 25% is required to confirm bookings. The deposit is forfeited in the event
of cancellation.
3. The balance of total account is due six weeks before commencement of rental. In the event of a cancellation within this period, the balance is forfeited unless the house is re-let.
4. Bed linen and tea towels are supplied.
5. Electricity is charged per unit consumed and central heating oil is charged as used. Coal or turf will be available on arrival and further quantities may be purchased locally.
6. House contents must be left as found and all breakages should be reported and will be deducted from the damage deposit of €100 payable with balance of rental.
7. Management are not responsible for any loss of valuables or property left after departure.
8. Management may at all reasonable times visit the house.
